Welcome to Holy Family Church! We are delighted to share important announcements for our community for the weekend of February 23rd. Stay informed about upcoming events, special collections, and observances as we journey together in faith.
Giving Back to Our Community
Today, we are holding our second collection for the Diocesan Development Fund (DDF). Your generous contributions are greatly appreciated and directly support vital programs and ministries within our diocese. Thank you for your continued support of Holy Family Church and our wider community.
Upcoming Events at Holy Family Church
Mark your calendars! We are excited to announce a meeting to organize our annual Kermes and Family Festival. This important planning session will take place on Monday, March 3rd, at 7:00 pm. Attendance is mandatory for all Ministry coordinators to ensure a successful and well-coordinated event. We also warmly invite anyone interested in volunteering for either the Kermes or the Family Festival to join us and lend your talents to these wonderful community celebrations at Holy Family Church.
Holy Family Church weekend announcements
We are also calling all ushers to a mandatory meeting on Sunday, March 16th, at 3:30 pm in classroom #2. Your dedication and service are essential to creating a welcoming and orderly environment at Holy Family Church. We look forward to seeing all our ushers there.
Lenten Season Observances
As we enter the Lenten season, please note a change to our confession schedule. We will be pausing our regular Thursday confessions and instead offer weekly confessions every Wednesday, starting March 12th, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm in the main church. This provides an opportunity for reflection and reconciliation during this sacred time.
Join us for our Bilingual Stations of the Cross every Friday at 6:00 pm in the Church. Participating in the Stations of the Cross is a powerful way to reflect on the Passion of Christ during Lent.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, and we invite you to observe this holy day with us. Our Ash Wednesday Mass schedule at Holy Family Church is as follows:
- 6:30 am – English Mass
- 8:00 am – Bilingual Mass
- 10:00 am – Spanish Mass
- 12:00 pm – English Mass
- 2:00 pm – Spanish Mass
- 3:30 pm – Korean Mass
- 7:00 pm – Bilingual Mass
We encourage all members of our Holy Family Church community to participate in these important events and observances. Together, let us grow in faith and fellowship. We look forward to welcoming you!
