Supervision is Key to Your Child’s Safety
Adult supervision is mandatory for all children under 18 years of age throughout your visit to Oasis Family Farm. Our dedicated employees are focused on maintaining the farm and activities, and are not responsible for individual child supervision at any time. Your attentive supervision is the most crucial element in ensuring your child’s safety and enjoyment on our premises.
Understanding the FunZone Play Area
Our FunZone is designed for active play and exploration, and it operates as an unsupervised play area. This means that parental or guardian supervision is absolutely required at all times when your child is using the FunZone. This includes the play equipment and while being within the FunZone area. Use of the FunZone play area, equipment, and the farm in general is undertaken at your own risk. For safety on the play equipment, we require all participants to wear proper closed-toe shoes. Sandals, high heels, and flip-flops are not permitted on any of the play area equipment.
By entering Oasis Family Farm, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with your child playing in the FunZone. This includes, but is not limited to, potential personal injury and other hazards related to the play area and equipment. Your purchase of entry signifies your understanding and voluntary assumption of these risks.
Liability and Responsibility
When you purchase entry to Oasis Family Farm, you agree to release and hold harmless Oasis Family Farm, its owners, operators, parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and property landlord from any liability and responsibility for any injury, illness, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property. This release applies regardless of whether such incidents are caused by negligence or other factors. It covers any claims or causes of action arising from personal injury, illness, property damage, or wrongful death occurring while using the FunZone equipment or being on the Oasis Family Farm premises.
Important Farm Policies for Everyone’s Well-being
To maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests, we have a strict no refund policy; all sales are final.
Furthermore, for the safety and comfort of everyone at Oasis Family Farm, we strictly prohibit firearms, alcohol, smoking, marijuana, or any other forms of drugs on the property, including the parking lot. We also do not allow dogs, pets, or any outside food or beverages onto the premises.
