Accessing these images is straightforward. Simply locate the Check Icon link within the description of a transaction in your Account History. Clicking this link will open a window displaying the image of the requested check.
Secure Login and Password Management

Your Login ID: If you encounter difficulties logging in with your usual Login ID, it may be due to account inactivity. If you haven’t logged in within the past year, your Home Banking status might be inactive. For assistance retrieving your Login ID, please contact a Family Horizons representative.
Your Security Code (Password): If you have forgotten your Security Code, use the “reset security code” link provided. A temporary Security Code will be emailed to you. If you do not receive this email promptly, please contact Family Horizons Credit Union for assistance.
Security Code Requirements: Your Security Code must be between 8 and 16 characters long and include at least 2 alphabetic and 2 numeric characters. For security reasons, do not reuse a Security Code you have used previously.
