Dr. Hashey trained at the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville in the Family Medicine Department. He completed medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center/Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He trained as a Health Educator, receiving his Master’s Degree in Health Science Education (MHSE) from the University of Florida and earned his Certification as a Health Education Specialist (CHES).

Dr. Hashey has proudly served for over thirty years in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Texas Army National Guard, the U.S. Army Reserve and the Florida Army National Guard. He is presently assigned as the Assistant State Surgeon and State Flight Surgeon for the Florida Army National Guard. Dr. Hashey completed the Army Flight Surgeon Course, Combat Casualty Care Course, Captains Career Course, Brigade Surgeon Course, and Command and General Officer Staff Course.

He is active in his community, having served as the Young Physician Member of the Duval County Medical Society Board of Directors and the Florida Young Physician Representative to the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is a Cub Scout Den Leader and a Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster. COL Hashey served as President of the National Guard Association of Florida.

Dr Hashey is a proud father of four great kids and a humble husband to an amazing wife. They love fishing, running, biking, camping, and swimming.

Diana Maccario, M.D., FAAFP is a family physician who completed residency from St Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL in 2009. Since then, she has been treating full spectrum adolescent and adult family medicine. She has an extra emphasis on sports medicine, mental health, obesity, and women’s health. Throughout her career she has focused on end-of-life care and home bound patient care as well. She transitioned back into the office setting solely in 2020 and has enjoyed the relationships that are made with her patients and their family. She shares her time in the office as well as virtually seeing patients. When not in the office, she loves spending time with her husband, watching her daughter play tennis and her son compete internationally in gymnastics. She enjoys running, all things exercise and being outdoors with her awesome goldendoodle “Brooklyn”.

Dr. Harry Madhanagopal studied neuroscience at the University of Miami and continues to hold hope that one day the Canes will be as good as the 2002 Canes.

He then graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. After several tours in the Navy, he ended up back in Florida.

After years of working in a local Urgent Care, he decided to return to primary care and is excited to join the FCFM family He also serves as medical director of the only free clinic in Clay County. In his free time, he and his wife enjoy visiting national parks and spending time outdoors. He is an avid dancer and especially enjoys the various types of swing dance.
