Comprehensive Training for Your Success
At Family Express®, we believe in investing in our people. That’s why we’ve created a state-of-the-art Learning Center. New team members benefit from advanced technology and a comprehensive learning experience, including approximately 50 computer-based training modules. Our commitment to training is further demonstrated by our full-scale model store located within our Corporate Office. This unique training environment allows new associates to practice essential skills like operating the register, using the lottery machine, and maintaining store cleanliness, all in a supportive setting without the pressure of real customers.
