24/7 Access and Prescription Refills
While our clinic operates during specific hours, we understand that healthcare needs can arise at any time. For medical concerns outside of our regular hours that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional offers Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. You can also reach a provider after hours by calling 479.463.1000 and asking to speak to the physician on call.
For prescription refills, we encourage patients to schedule regular appointments and discuss medication needs with their doctor. For routine refills (excluding antibiotics), please contact your pharmacy 2-3 days before you run out of medication so they can fax a refill request to our clinic. Please allow 48 hours for refill processing, and note that refill requests received after 2 p.m. will be processed within the next two business days, Monday through Thursday.
Medical Records Information
To ensure patient privacy and comply with regulations, a signed medical release form is required to send or release medical records to anyone, including the patient. If you need a copy of your medical records, please inquire about any applicable fees when making your request.
