We are proud to be in-network with Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield as Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs). We also work with numerous other PPO insurance plans through various umbrella networks. We understand that navigating dental insurance can be confusing. Our friendly team is here to assist you with filing insurance claims and providing estimates as a courtesy. We accept various forms of payment for any remaining balances. Make a secure patient payment online.
We work extensively with Delta Dental insurance from all 50 states, including:

- Delta Dental Medicare Advantage
- Delta Dental FEDVIP (Retired Federal Employees)

Many local Blount County employers offer Delta Dental, such as: State of Tennessee Employees, DENSO, Ford UAW, Asbury Communities, Blount Memorial Hospital, and JTEKT.
For Blue Cross & Blue Shield dental insurance, we primarily work with their Preferred Provider Networks, excluding TennCare, BlueCare, and Medicaid programs. Example programs we accept include Anthem, Sapphire Medicare Advantage, and Dual Special Needs Program (TNDSNP). Major employers in Maryville and Blount County with Blue Cross Blue Shield include Dollar General Corporation, K-VA-T Food Service (Food City), Ruby Tuesdays, Rick McGill’s Airport Toyota, Sevier County Government, and Wakefield & Associates.
We also accept United Concordia PPO (Arconic, Inc. being a primary employer), Metlife PPO (Amedisys, Inc., Home Depot), and some Aetna PPO plans (FEDVIP, Individual Plans, Accenture, CVS, Emcor Group, Inc.). We also work with many other PPO dental insurances, including Ambetter, Ameritas, Careington PPO, and more.
Please note that we are not in-network with Cigna, Humana, and United HealthCare (including UMR, AARP Medicare Complete, and Dual Complete). For these insurances, you would need to file claims yourself.

We offer two types of new patient appointments:
- Limited Exam: For patients with a specific dental issue, focusing on that concern with minimal x-rays.
- Comprehensive Exam: A more thorough examination with a full set of x-rays, potentially including a cleaning at the same appointment.
