Easy Steps to Book Your School Performance
Booking your school group performance is designed to be simple and efficient. Here’s what you need to do:
- Complete the Booking Form: Start by filling out our comprehensive Booking Form. This form gathers all the necessary information to process your request accurately.
- Specify Performance Details: Indicate which performance you are interested in, along with your preferred date and time. To help us accommodate your group, please provide two alternative dates and times in case your first choice is unavailable.
- Number of Seats: Accurately specify the total number of seats you need, including seats for students and any accompanying adults who will be joining the field trip. For student safety and effective supervision, we highly recommend a ratio of 1 adult for every 15 children.
- Complimentary Teacher Admission: For every class of 20 or more students, we are pleased to offer one complimentary admission for the teacher for select shows. Please be aware that this offer excludes performances of Beauty & The Beast, Legally Blonde, and Cinderella.

Confirmation and Important Information
After submitting your booking request, please allow us up to 5 business days to process it. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your reservation, including the confirmed date, time, and the total number of seats. This confirmation will also outline the payment due dates. It is crucial to review this confirmation carefully to ensure the accuracy of all details. If you do not receive a response from us within 5 business days, please contact us to confirm receipt of your request.
Following confirmation of your reservation details, you will need to complete and return the School Show Agreement, which will be sent to you along with your confirmation.

To ensure student safety, all seats must be booked directly through the school; individual tickets will not be sold to parents for school shows.
