Family Promise prevents and ends homelessness for families with children and helps them achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. There are over 4000 children in New Hampshire who are homeless. Nearly half of these children live in Southern New Hampshire. We help families facing homelessness secure stable housing through safe shelter, caring connections, and building a community of support. Financially support a temporary house for a year.
