Online Web Portal & Mobile App: The easiest and fastest way to manage and make payments is through the Ohio Child Support Payment Central web portal and mobile app. Visit https://oh.smartchildsupport.com to access the portal.

Mail: You can send payments via personal check, money order, or cashier’s check through the mail. Please ensure you include your name and SETS or Social Security Number on your payment to ensure proper credit.

Services for Children Services Clients
Please note that clients specifically needing Children Services should continue to use the Children Services Front Desk and Lobby, which remains open. If you visit this lobby and a caseworker is on another call, we kindly ask for your patience and to wait at a safe distance until assistance is available.
Important Information Regarding Economic Impact Payments and Child Support Debts
For those who may be receiving Economic Impact Payments jointly with a spouse and owe child support debt, please be aware of potential offsets. The IRS may offset payments to cover outstanding child support debt. In such cases, the non-obligated spouse may need to file an Injured Spouse Claim with the IRS.
