Planning a splash-tastic visit to the Family Aquatic Center? We’re thrilled to welcome you to a world of aquatic adventures! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and refreshing experience for all our guests, we’ve established some general guidelines. These rules are designed to create a positive environment where families can make lasting memories together while enjoying our fantastic facilities. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with these important rules before diving into the fun.
Our priority is the well-being of every visitor, from the smallest splashers to seasoned swimmers. By understanding and following these guidelines, you contribute to a harmonious and secure atmosphere for everyone at our family aquatic center. Let’s make a splash while keeping safety in mind!
Here are the general rules to ensure everyone has a fantastic time at the aquatic center:
-
Supervision is Key: For the safety of our youngest guests, all children aged 7 years and under must be closely supervised by a responsible adult. This means an adult must be in the water and within arm’s reach of the child at all times. Active supervision is crucial to prevent accidents and ensure immediate assistance if needed.
-
Health Considerations: Your health and safety are paramount. Individuals with pre-existing health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications, should consult their doctor before using the pools. This precaution helps ensure that swimming and water activities are safe and appropriate for their individual health needs.
-
Appropriate Swimwear Required: To maintain hygiene and pool water quality, appropriate swimwear is required for all individuals entering the water. In addition, to ensure a family-friendly atmosphere, guests with offensive tattoos may be respectfully asked to cover them while in the facility.
-
Swim Diaper Policy: For the comfort and hygiene of all our guests, children who are not fully toilet trained must wear swim diapers. Approved swim diapers are available for purchase at the facility for your convenience. We kindly request that diaper changes be conducted in the designated changing stations located in the locker rooms, and not on the pool deck, to maintain cleanliness.
-
Approved Flotation Devices: For patron safety, only U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets are permitted. If you wish to use any other type of flotation device, please seek approval from the Pool Manager beforehand. This ensures that all flotation aids used in the pool meet safety standards and are appropriate for use in a public aquatic environment.
-
Restrictions on Toys and Objects: To ensure a safe and uncluttered swimming environment for everyone, the use of balls, toys, or other objects may be restricted during open swim times. This policy helps prevent overcrowding and potential hazards, allowing all swimmers to move freely and safely.
-
Conduct and Behavior: Maintaining a respectful and safe environment is important to us. Therefore, running, pushing, dunking, and any form of disruptive behavior, including foul language, are not permitted within the aquatic facility. We encourage a positive and courteous atmosphere for all families to enjoy.
-
Pool Manager’s Authority: The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the safety and smooth operation of the aquatic center. They have the authority to enforce or adjust these policies as needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to the Pool Manager’s directions.
We believe these rules will help everyone have a safer and more enjoyable experience at our family aquatic center. Thank you for your cooperation in making our aquatic center a fantastic place for family fun! We look forward to seeing you make a splash soon!
