Furthermore, we provide advanced training to Sports Medicine fellows. All of our learners are under the direct supervision of our UConn Health faculty doctors, who are fully licensed and board-certified experts in Family Medicine. Please call us at (860) 714-4212 to schedule your appointment. Our friendly front office staff is ready to assist you with the registration process and answer any questions you may have. To better serve our diverse community, we have bilingual physicians and staff members fluent in Spanish. For patients who speak other languages, we offer comprehensive translation services to ensure clear and effective communication. While we welcome patients of all ages, please note that some of our physicians may have full panels at certain times. However, our team-based approach ensures that we will connect you with the most appropriate and available healthcare provider within our Family Medicine Center to meet your needs promptly and effectively.
