Report a Lost or Stolen Card Immediately
If you suspect your Visa® debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, it’s crucial to act immediately to protect your account. We provide a dedicated service to help you block your card and order a replacement without delay.
To report a lost or stolen card:
- Call 1-888-333-4907 to block your card instantly and request a new one to be sent to you by mail.
- Visit one of our branch locations to block your card immediately and order a new card for mail delivery. Visit a branch
