French Creek Family Ymca, located at 2010 Recreation Lane in Avon, Ohio, celebrated the launch of its state-of-the-art EGYM Smart Fitness Equipment with a special event on November 6th. “The system analyzes your body composition and determines your bio age,” Cerny stated. “Throughout your workout, the system provides audio guidance, challenging you to lower your bio age in comparison to your actual age, adding a fun and motivational element.”
These EGYM machines are designed to be user-friendly and informative, particularly for individuals who are new to fitness and may feel unsure where to begin. Digital screens on each machine provide clear instructions and visual feedback, helping users understand the exercises and their impact on the body.
“This is truly an efficient and effective way to exercise,” Cerny emphasized. “We recognize that intimidation and lack of direction are significant hurdles for many people starting their fitness journey. EGYM effectively addresses both of these concerns.”
