Since 2008, she has been an integral part of Friends and Family Credit Union, serving as the VP-Accounting. Her dedication extends beyond her professional role; she is a known advocate for both the local community and the credit union sector, actively volunteering with local organizations and the Ohio Credit Union League. Prior to her tenure at friends & family credit union, Costanzo spent 11 years at Banc Ohio Mortgage Corp, where she held the position of CFO/Loan Officer. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Walsh University in Canton, OH, further solidifying her expertise in the financial field.
