Robin McAllister, RN BSN – Office Administrator & Nursing Supervisor
Robin, a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, has been the cornerstone of our practice since its inception in 1999. As our Office Administrator and Nursing Supervisor at Imperial Center Family Medicine, Robin’s extensive experience and dedication are invaluable. Prior to her administrative role, she served as Dr. Torrey’s nurse, providing direct patient care. Outside of her demanding role at Imperial Center Family Medicine, Robin enjoys traveling in her camper with her husband and dogs, cherishing time with her three adult children and large extended family, and actively participating in church activities. Her commitment to both her profession and her personal life exemplifies her caring nature.

Samantha Earp, BSW – Assistant Office Administrator
Samantha’s connection to Imperial Center Family Medicine goes back to the very beginning, with her grandmother serving as Dr. Jacokes’ nurse in 1999. After working part-time and earning her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Meredith College, Samantha officially joined us full-time in January 2008 as our Assistant Office Administrator. Her background in social work brings a unique perspective to patient care and office management. Beyond her responsibilities at Imperial Center Family Medicine, Samantha is actively involved in her sons’ lives, often found at the gym or on the sports field, enthusiastically supporting their games and cheering for the Duke Blue Devils.

Eunice Strange – Billing Specialist
Eunice is an essential part of the Imperial Center Family Medicine team, serving as our Billing Coordinator for the past 12 years, and bringing with her over 25 years of experience in the medical field. Her expertise ensures accurate and efficient billing processes for our patients. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Eunice has embraced Southern living and is known around the office for her impeccable style, consistently winning our Best Dressed Award. In her free time, Eunice enjoys shopping excursions to New York City with her sister and spending quality time with her niece.

Mary has been expertly managing patient referrals at Imperial Center Family Medicine since 2017. With over 30 years in medical administration, Mary’s extensive background includes medical coding, staff education, and training, making her highly skilled in navigating the complexities of healthcare referrals. When she’s not ensuring our patients receive timely specialist care, Mary enjoys reading and dedicating her time to volunteer work within the community.

Born in India and raised in England, Freni’s charming English accent has been a delightful addition since she moved to the United States in 2000. With 14 years of experience in the medical field, Freni expertly manages the front desk operations, ensuring smooth patient flow. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking delicious Indian cuisine, hosting gatherings for friends and family, and cherishing time with loved ones.
Danielle Wagner – Front Desk Administrator
Danielle, a North Carolina native from Mebane, joined Imperial Center Family Medicine in 2018, bringing experience from various medical settings. As a Front Desk Administrator, Danielle is dedicated to providing efficient and friendly service to our patients. In her leisure time, Danielle enjoys immersing herself in crime novels, enthusiastically following Duke sports, and spending quality moments with her family.

Serving as our full-time Medicare wellness nurse, Shelly also provides essential clinical support to our providers and patients. Originally from Nebraska, Shelly has been in North Carolina for 15 years and brings years of valuable medical experience to our practice. Her passion for helping patients is evident in her dedicated care. Beyond her professional life, Shelly enjoys cooking, spending cherished time with her grandchildren, and exploring the world through travel.

Hannah joined Imperial Center Family Medicine in 2023, transitioning from a pediatric office to our family medicine practice. Originally from Franklin, TN, Hannah’s decision to stay in North Carolina after graduating from UNC – Chapel Hill has been a welcome addition to our team. As a Medical Assistant, Hannah provides crucial support to our clinical staff and ensures patients receive excellent care. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys reading, exploring the vibrant Raleigh area, and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes hockey team.

Our “Panic Room,” staffed by our experienced Licensed Practical Nurses in administrative roles, is a critical hub for patient communication and care coordination at Imperial Center Family Medicine. They expertly manage phone calls and portal messages, ensuring seamless communication and efficient medical care for our patients.
Candi Hunter, LPN – Triage Nurse

Candi has been an integral part of our “Panic Room” team at Imperial Center Family Medicine since 2018. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Candi’s extensive experience working with geriatric patients is particularly valuable in her role as a Triage Nurse. Originally from upstate New York, Candi moved to North Carolina in 2016 and quickly became a smooth operator in managing patient communications and care coordination. In her free time, Candi enjoys watching college basketball, spending time with her twins and husband, and exploring the diverse landscapes of North Carolina.
Darcy Talbert, LPN – Patient Care Coordinator

Darcy’s history with Dr. Jacokes and Dr. Torrey spans many years and practices, making her a deeply valued member of the Imperial Center Family Medicine team. She initially worked as Dr. Jacokes’ nurse from 1991 to 1997 and returned in 2001 after dedicating time to raising her children. As a Licensed Practical Nurse and Patient Care Coordinator in our “Panic Room,” Darcy’s long-term experience and familiarity with our practice are invaluable. Outside of her busy role managing patient calls and communications, Darcy enjoys cooking, playing with her dog, and keeping up with her growing family as an enthusiastic grandmother.
