Phillip Johnson, MD
Dr. Phillip Johnson brings decades of experience to Litchfield Family Practice. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois, Chicago in 1987 after completing his B.S. in Science at North Park College in 1976. Dr. Johnson completed his residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, IL, followed by a Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology for Family Practice in 1990. Board certified in Family Medicine since 1990, Dr. Johnson’s extensive training and commitment ensure high-quality care for his patients at Litchfield Family Practice.

Dr. A. Elaine Fisher is a dedicated family medicine physician at Litchfield Family Practice. She graduated from McKendree College with a B.S.N. in 1995 and earned her Doctor of Medicine from Southern Illinois University in 1999. She holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from North Central College, Naperville, IL (2012), and a MPH from Washington University School of Social Work, St. Louis, MO (2014). Dr. Wheeler earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois School of Medicine- Rockford in 2020. She completed her residency at the SIU Family Practice Program, Peoria, IL in 2023 and a Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology for Family Practice in 2024. Timothy Ishmael, MD
