  • Urgent Medical Situations: While our physicians are primarily focused on patient care, in case of an urgent medical situation, our staff will ensure your message is relayed promptly.
  • After-Hours Emergencies: Our physicians are available 24 hours a day. After regular office hours, you will be connected to our on-call physician service. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 immediately.

Referrals, Refills, and Medical Records

For your convenience and to ensure seamless healthcare coordination, we have established efficient processes for referrals, prescription refills, and medical records requests.

  • Physician Referrals: Please allow a minimum of 72 hours (3 business days) for us to process physician referrals, except in emergencies. Insurance authorization for referrals can take 5-7 business days. Once your referral is processed and received by the specialist, please inform us of your appointment date and time so we can expedite the request if needed.
  • Prescription Refills: For non-controlled medications, you can request refills through your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will then submit the request to us. Please allow 48 hours for us to process refill requests. Refill requests should be made during normal business hours.
  • Medical Records Release: Your medical records are confidential and will not be released without your signed consent. New patients can complete a medical records release form in person at our office or conveniently online at here.
