Welcome to Nrh2o Family Water Park, a fantastic destination for fun and excitement in the sun! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, it’s important to be aware of and follow our park rules and regulations. These guidelines are in place for the well-being of all our guests and to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere within our park. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these policies before you dive into the fun at NRH2O family water park.
Essential Park Policies for NRH2O Visitors
General Conduct and Compliance
At NRH2O, we prioritize a respectful and orderly environment. Please be sure to observe all posted park signs and any directions given by our team members. Park rules and regulations are subject to change without prior notification to ensure we are always operating with the most up-to-date safety and guest experience standards. Specific information regarding rides is available at each ride entrance and at Guest Services. If you have any questions or concerns about any rule or regulation, please don’t hesitate to visit Guest Services for assistance.
Management retains the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the park without a refund if their conduct is deemed disorderly or if they fail to comply with park rules and policies. Cooperation with our team members is essential for maintaining a positive environment for everyone.
Operating Hours and Potential Changes
NRH2O family water park hours and special events are subject to change or cancellation without notice. The park may also temporarily close due to reaching capacity or for special events. We recommend checking our website or contacting us directly for the most current daily operating schedule before planning your visit.
Weather-Related Interruptions and Rain Checks
Guest safety is our top priority, and inclement weather may sometimes necessitate the temporary suspension of park operations. Should this occur more than two hours before the park’s scheduled closing time, you can exchange your original ticket stub for a rain check. This rain check will be valid for a return visit for the remainder of the current operating season, in accordance with NRH2O’s rain check policy. Please retain your ticket stub as proof of purchase. Management reserves the right to suspend operations and/or close the park and implement the rain check policy at any time for safety or operational reasons. Please note that refunds are not issued, and rain checks are not given proactively.
Ticket Usage and Park Photography
By entering NRH2O, ticket or pass holders grant NRH2O the right to utilize any photos or videos taken of them within the park for advertising and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, use in social media, print materials, video productions, or television broadcasts, all without remuneration.
NRH2O is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen tickets or personal items left unattended within the park. Lost pass cards may be replaced for a nominal fee. To enhance the safety and comfort of our younger guests, NRH2O recommends that guests aged 14 years and younger be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while in the park.

Cooler and Outside Food & Beverage Policy
Coolers are permitted at NRH2O family water park, allowing you to bring in your own refreshments. Coolers must be 60 quarts in size or smaller (maximum dimensions of 28” x 18” x 18”) and are welcome at no additional charge. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, certain items are not allowed to be brought into the park. These prohibited items include glass containers, knives, alcoholic beverages, and restaurant-prepared food and drinks (such as pizzas, fast food meals, and beverages from restaurants or gas stations).
Any coolers or food and beverages that exceed the maximum size limit will be subject to a $30 fee.
For efficient cooler inspections at the entrance, we ask that you keep ice bagged until after your cooler has been checked by our team members. This allows for a quicker and easier search process. Acceptable options for ice include:
- Keeping ice in its original packaging.
- Placing loose ice in zip-top bags or similar sealed bags.
- Using reusable cold packs.
Each ticket or pass holder is allowed to bring one cooler, bag, or container of food into the park. All bags and coolers will be inspected before entry. Please note that any bag, cooler, wagon, or container brought into the park with food and beverages is potentially subject to a cooler fee if it exceeds size limits.
Guests are welcome to bring plastic or metal refillable water bottles into NRH2O, provided they are empty upon arrival and are not made of glass.
Flotation Devices: Safety First
To ensure the safety of all swimmers and maintain clear visibility for our lifeguards, outside flotation devices are generally not permitted in the pools at NRH2O family water park. These devices can obscure the water surface, hindering lifeguard visibility. Inner tubes are provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis in NRH2Ocean and the Endless River.
Exceptions to this policy are limited to:
- Arm floaties (must be worn with a life jacket in the wave pool and child must be within arm’s reach of a parent/guardian).
- Inflatable baby floats that have a seat and no hard surfaces, and require direct parental contact (baby floats are not permitted in the wave pool).
- Coast Guard-approved life jackets.
Coast Guard-approved life jackets are available free of charge throughout the park. Guests may also bring their own Coast Guard-approved life jackets, provided the Coast Guard approval is clearly visible on the jacket. Please note that only NRH2O-provided life jackets are allowed on the body flume water slides for safety reasons.
Tobacco-Free Environment
NRH2O is committed to providing a healthy, family-friendly environment and is a tobacco-free park. Tobacco use, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is permitted only in the designated smoking area located in the parking lot.
Swimwear and Ride Requirements
Appropriate Swimwear is Required
As a family water park, NRH2O requires all guests to wear proper swimwear to participate in rides and pools. Swimwear is defined as clothing specifically designed for use in a pool environment, such as swimsuits. Swimwear must be lined and not be transparent at any time, wet or dry. Form-fitting rash guards are permitted on body contact slides.
Revealing swimwear, such as thong or t-back swimwear bottoms, is not permitted. Undergarments should not be visible at any time. For safety reasons on body contact slides, cotton t-shirts, footwear, cut-off jeans, denim swimwear, and swimwear with hard metal objects are not allowed. Fins and snorkels are also prohibited. NRH2O reserves the right to make the final determination on swimwear appropriateness and to refuse entry or access to attractions based on attire.
For sanitary purposes, individuals wearing diapers, including infants and toddlers, are required to wear swim diapers (sealed covering) in all pools. Proper swimwear must be worn over swim diapers by all guests requiring them.
