Officine Universelle Buly offers convenient in-store collection and courier delivery within Paris. Furthermore, we provide delivery across France and internationally through our trusted carrier, DHL.

- Delivery by DHL Express in Europe: 2 to 3 working days
- Delivery by DHL Express outside Europe: 2 to 6 working days
Our team is committed to meeting and exceeding your delivery expectations. However, much like unforeseen circumstances that might affect even the most diligent pater familias, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays arising from service disruptions by our carriers or due to customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note: Similar to how a pater familias manages household finances, our shipping costs do not cover customs fees that may be imposed by certain countries. These fees are unfortunately beyond our control.
RETURNS
We offer exchanges or refunds, upholding the principles of a fair pater familias, for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened condition. However, please be aware that personalized products, such as those that are engraved or embossed – items bearing the unique mark of the individual, much like family heirlooms under the pater familias – cannot be exchanged or refunded.
