This partnership with the Cary, N.C.-based Riccobene and its Founder and CEO, Dr. Michael Riccobene, DDS, marks Comvest’s 14th healthcare services platform investment.
Founded in 2000, Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry operates a network of 62 clinics across North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina. These multi-specialty dentistry practices offer a comprehensive suite of general and specialized dental services. The DSO prides itself on a patient-first approach and a doctor-centric culture, which has fueled significant growth, now supporting over 150 providers. Dr. Riccobene will continue to lead the company as CEO and maintain a significant stake in the business.
