In case of emergencies outside of our regular hours, our answering service is available to page the on-call provider, who will promptly return your call and guide you on the appropriate course of action. It is important to remember that Emergency Rooms are designed for true emergencies. For urgent medical concerns that arise during off-hours, the physician on call at Southtowns Family Practice can advise you on the most suitable facilities to receive care.
