Western Wayne Family Health Centers (WWFHC) is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare services as a non-profit organization in Michigan. With four Community Health Centers located in Inkster, Taylor, Dearborn, and Lincoln Park, WWFHC offers a wide range of services to individuals and families of all ages.

Established in 2006 and designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center, Western Wayne Family Health Centers has experienced significant growth. By 2019, they were serving over 16,000 patients annually, managing nearly 69,000 encounters. The organization employs a dedicated team of 130 professionals, including customer service representatives and licensed medical, dental, and mental health providers. For added convenience, a pharmacy is located on-site at the Inkster location, with a 340B program accessible at several pharmacies in the area.
WWFHC prioritizes serving medically underserved areas within Wayne County, including Inkster, Taylor, Romulus, Lincoln Park, Ecorse, River Rouge, Dearborn, and the 48217 zip code of Detroit. However, services are open to patients from any location. Western Wayne Family Health Centers accepts all Wayne County Medicaid and Healthy Michigan Plan coverage, along with most commercial insurance plans. As an active teaching site, Western Wayne Family Health Centers contributes to medical education through GME programs with Authority Health, clinical placements for Nurse Practitioner students, and medical student rotations.
