Accessing Your Test Results
We understand the importance of timely communication regarding your health. Our office will notify you of your test results via letter, phone, or through the secure MyAtriumHealth patient portal. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your complete test results.
Medication Refills Made Easy
To ensure seamless medication management:
- Please bring all your current medications to each appointment, enabling us to maintain accurate records.
- Your physician will typically prescribe enough medication to last until your next scheduled visit.
- Proactively contact our office to schedule your next appointment as soon as you begin your last refill to avoid any interruptions in your medication.
- For refills, instruct your pharmacy to contact our office directly.
- Please note that refills for controlled substances, such as narcotic pain medications, require an in-person consultation with your provider.
- Antibiotics will not be prescribed without a prior examination by a healthcare provider.
- Prescription refill requests are processed during regular business hours. Requests received after 3:30 p.m. will be addressed on the following business day.
Understanding Insurance and Payments
For your convenience, please remember to bring your insurance card to each appointment. Payment for services, including insurance co-pays, is expected at the time of your visit. Co-pays are required to be paid prior to leaving the office. If this payment policy presents a significant financial hardship for your family, please do not hesitate to contact our office manager to discuss potential arrangements.
