Siobhan A. Duff, MD

Dr. Siobhan Duff is a board-certified family physician with the American Board of Family Practice and the Canadian College of Family Practice. She brings extensive experience to Chattanooga Family Practice, having begun her private practice in Chattanooga in 1995. Dr. Duff earned her medical degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and completed her Family Practice Residency at the same institution. Her commitment to the local healthcare community is further demonstrated by her service on the Board of Governors of Parkridge Hospital. Dr. Duff’s dedication to family medicine makes her a trusted and respected physician in Chattanooga.

Monique H. Golding, MD

Dr. Monique H. Golding is a board-certified family physician by the American Board of Family Physicians, bringing her expertise and dedication to Chattanooga Family Practice. Dr. Golding graduated from Meharry Medical College, School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed her Internship and Residency in Family Medicine at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. During her time at Howard University, she served as Assistant Professor of Medicine, demonstrating her commitment to medical education and patient care. Her extensive background and board certification make her a valuable asset to family medicine in Chattanooga.

Christina M. A. Oskins, MD

Dr. Christina M. A. Oskins is a board-certified family physician by the American Board of Family Medicine, dedicated to providing comprehensive care at Chattanooga Family Practice. Growing up in Southern California, she graduated from Loma Linda University and completed her residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga. Dr. Oskins has a particular interest in lifestyle and preventive medicine, emphasizing proactive healthcare strategies for her patients. Timothy “Mark” Jenkins, PA-C

Timothy “Mark” Jenkins, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing since 1994. He graduated from the PA Program at Bowman Gray School of Medicine after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee. Mr. Jenkins is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is an active member of both the American Academy and Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants. Working under the supervision of our family practice doctors, Mark brings a wealth of experience and dedication to patient care at Chattanooga Family Practice.

Natalie McQueen, PA-C

Natalie McQueen, PA-C, is a Board Certified and Licensed Physician Assistant at Chattanooga Family Practice, bringing a diverse background in patient care. She received her education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, with rotations at several hospitals including St. Vincent’s Hospital and UAB West Hospital. Prior to joining our practice, Ms. McQueen managed a 30-bed respiratory unit and provided medical care at a Walk-in Clinic, serving patients of all ages. She is under the supervision of Dr. Monique Golding, further enhancing the collaborative care environment at our Chattanooga family practice.

Sarah Snyder, FNP-BC

Sarah Snyder, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certified with 10 years of experience in family and urgent care. She earned her Bachelors of Nursing from East Tennessee State University and a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2009. Outside of her dedication to Chattanooga Family Practice, Sarah enjoys camping, boating, and family time. Her extensive experience and commitment to patient well-being make her a valued provider in our practice.

Katelyn Bales, FNP

Katelyn Bales, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chattanooga Family Practice, bringing a strong background in both acute and critical care. A graduate of Tennessee Tech University with a Master of Science in Nursing, Katelyn has experience as a Registered Nurse in the Neurological step-down and acute stroke unit at Erlanger Hospital, as well as in the Emergency Room at Park Ridge East Hospital. She also served as a Clinical Nursing Instructor at Tennessee Tech University, demonstrating her commitment to education and patient care. Katelyn works under the supervision of Dr. Siobhan Duff, ensuring comprehensive and collaborative patient care.

Carter Pieper, PA-C

Carter Pieper, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant at Chattanooga Family Practice, bringing a diverse range of clinical experiences to our team. Growing up on a farm in Illinois, she earned a bachelor’s in biology from St. Ambrose University and graduated from the PA Program at the University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky. Her training includes experience with a hospitalist group, OB Emergency, psychiatry, emergency and family medicine, dermatology, and general surgery. Prior to joining our practice, Carter managed both acute and chronic conditions in a walk-in/family medicine setting. She is currently under the supervision of Dr. Richard Moody, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Alex Panter, PA-C

Alex Panter, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant at Chattanooga Family Practice, originally from Murfreesboro, TN. He holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee. His clinical rotations provided him with a wide variety of experiences, particularly in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine. Outside of his dedication to patient care, Alex enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and exploring different coffee types. Alex is supervised by Dr. David Close, enhancing the collaborative medical environment at our practice.

David K. Close, MD

Dr. David K. Close is a board-certified family physician with the American Board of Family Practice, offering over 20 years of experience in Chattanooga. He graduated from the University of South Alabama and completed his residency in Family Medicine at UAB. Dr. Close is also a member of the American Academy of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and holds certifications as a Medical Review Officer and Aviation Medical Examiner. He is qualified to perform FAA Class 2 and Class 3 flight physicals, demonstrating his diverse expertise within family medicine.

Richard D. Moody, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Richard D. Moody, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family physician by the American Board of Family Physicians and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, completed his Family Practice Residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando, and a Fellowship in Obstetrics. Dr. Moody is a Clinical Assistant Professor with UT College of Medicine, reflecting his passion for teaching. He also holds a Certificate in Travel Health ™ and is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine, welcoming patients seeking travel-related health consultations at our Chattanooga family practice.

Christi “Sheree” Owens, PA-C

Christi “Sheree” Owens, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate at Chattanooga Family Practice with a broad spectrum of experience in primary care, urgent care, sleep medicine, and various medical specialties. She completed undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and earned a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of the Cumberlands. A Chattanooga native, Sheree is dedicated to serving her community and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and exploring diverse cultures. Amanda Dallas, NP-C

Amanda Dallas, NP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chattanooga Family Practice with over 25 years of experience in Critical Care Nursing. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is licensed with the AANP for Family Practice in Tennessee. Amanda’s extensive experience includes responding to Covid-19 and RSV surges in various locations, showcasing her dedication to patient care in critical situations. She is supervised by Dr. Christina Oskins, further strengthening our team’s commitment to providing excellent medical services.

Cheri Noblitt, RN, BS, CCM, CDCES

Chattanooga Family Practice is dedicated to excellence in diabetes care, supported by our American Diabetes Association recognized diabetes training and education program. Cheri Noblitt, RN, BS, CCM, CDCES, coordinates this program and provides expert diabetes training to our patients. With a background as a Registered Nurse since 2001 in Disease Management and Home Care, Cheri holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Belhaven University and certifications in Case Management and Diabetes Care and Education. She works collaboratively with all our providers to offer comprehensive diabetes management, including medication, activity, nutrition, and blood glucose monitoring. In her free time, Cheri enjoys hiking, music, and family activities.
